I'm not in love with any of the soup flavors so I can't really recommend anything (I personally don't like beef noodle soup). However, the dumplings here are the way to go! Especially the pork one. You can't go wrong with any of them but my favorites are the pan fried pork dumplings. The sauce they give you is a little spicy and a little sweet. I want to drink it! All the appetizers here are delicious if not a little pricey but I'm not complaining since it is one of the only Chinese restaurants in the area!

The zajiang mian, spicy beef noodle soup and dumplings with chili oil were very good. We also got the lotus chips which was fried and decent. My friend ordered the steamed egg with minced pork that was also very good. You can choose your spicy and it matches fairly right with the spice and mala level. We also got the main cold combo that came with the spicy black fungus, Chengdu beef jerky, sweet & sour seaweed and spicy radish that were all very good. The staff was very nice and attended to our needs. You have to order your food thru the app/QR code which is slightly annoying but it works once you go thru the order system and get the hang of it. The music inside has a chill vibe to it and there are a lot of large windows and sunlight inside the restaurant. The parking situation in that area is hard to find and chaotic.

really solid happy hour! the noodles were really good (just a bit oily). service was good, they checked up here and there. was in an out pretty quickly. cute menus too! dishes made for really good lunches the next day which I was a fan of!

A delightful and a delicious experience. I didn't have high expectations because of mixed reviews on Yelp and Google, so I'll say: ignore all those negative reviews and head to Mian. As a born and raised spicy-eater, I thought their Spicy Rib noodle was absolutely amazing. Ordered Level 3 spicy and Level 1 numbing, which was perfect for me who can eat buldak ramen using all of spicy sauce (for reference). Another great surprise was their Shrimp Fried Rice, which was perfectly seasoned and tasted umami. Service was good, the servers were respectful. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was nice.

This bowl was super delicious and I would definitely come back. I'm not someone who can handle spicy as much anymore and the last time I went to Mian, they didn't have all of the customizable spice options so I'm glad they offer than now. There is street parking but this seemed to be a quiet area and it was easy to find a spot on Saturday at lunch time.

Tried MIAN for the first time a few weeks ago and really really enjoyed it! Ordering is easy through a table QR code and the food came out extremely quickly. The only issue I had was that they brought everyone's dishes out at different times and didn't bring our appetizer (dumplings) out until we were half way through eating our main dishes. The dumplings were definitely worth the wait though! Some of the freshest I've ever had and I could see them literally making them behind the counter. We ordered the pan friend dumplings and they were so good!! Definitely one of the best I've had, the crisp was perfect and it they baked something on the outside that sort of tastes like cheese. Highly recommend! For my dish I got the Chengdu Zajiang Noodle. All the I tasted very fresh to me and the dish was big enough I could take it home for another meal.

Delicious and consistent noodles and dumplings, love all the spicy options. The regular noodles are fresh and chewy! Highly recommend their beef noodle soups, and actually, all their noodle options are great! Definitely try to make it during their daily happy hour 3-6pm for noodle discounts and drink discounts. (Fried rice dishes are OK, lobster fried rice barely had any lobster in my experience so not worth it) Note: ordering from their site is a bit confusing, so be sure to ask questions if you're not certain (such as selecting noodle vs. leaving as the default noodle)

Food 5/5: authentic chinese noodle, very yummy. Food came out fast, noodles were also very chewy. Mapotofu was ok, not my fav kind of tofu texture. Not as soft as I'd liked. Service 5/5 Ambiance 4/5, clean, quick bites.
